The Inter-Mountain photo by Edgar Kelley Crews with the City of Elkins and West Virginia Paving were pulling and putting down new pavement on Davis Avenue in front of Elkins City Hall Monday morning. Paving was also done on Cole Avenue Monday afternoon. Paving crews will work from Diamond Street to the Elkins Mountain School and on Davis Avenue from Fourth to Fifth Street today.
