Randolph County EMS workers move a person onto a stretcher after a semi-truck hit an SUV at the Walmart intersection on the Beverly Five-Lane in Elkins Monday afternoon. The West Virginia State Police, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Elkins Police Department and Elkins Fire Department responded to the accident, which slowed traffic on the Five-Lane to a crawl.
