Randolph County EMS workers move a person onto a stretcher after a tractor-trailer collided with an SUV at the Walmart intersection on the Beverly Five-Lane in Elkins Monday afternoon. The West Virginia State Police, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Elkins Police Department and Elkins Fire Department responded to the accident.
