Arts Center hosting Juried Art Exhibition
ELKINS — The Randolph County Arts Center’s Student Fall Mountain State Forest Festival Juried Art Exhibition officially opened for the public on Wednesday and will run through Nov. 19 in the Great Hall Gallery.
