The Inter-Mountain photos by Edgar Kelley A group of workers with the City of Elkins repaired a damaged street sign on the corner of West Central Street and Wilton Avenue on Monday. City employees use a backhoe and shovels to clear debris and dig a new hole for the sign.

After preparing the hole the group places the sign back into the ground.
