Among the many creatures strolling through downtown Elkins Tuesday were a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, a zombie, the Joker, a S.W.A.T. officer, Harley Quinn and your friendly neighborhood Spiderman.

The Lorax, Dr. Suess’s famous character, was on the hunt for candy along with many other youngsters during Tuesday’s event.
