MSFF Children’s Parade
The Inter-Mountain photos by Anthony Gaynor The Mountain State Forest Festival Parade of Children drew a large crowd of spectators and participants Sunday. Children donned costumes to match the theme of ‘The Secret Life of Pets.’ A child in a cow costume travels the parade route.
A child dressed as a skunk riding on a decorated wagon waves to the crowd. The parade also featured dance groups, the Elkins Middle School band and the MSFF royal court.
