The Inter-Mountain photo by Edgar Kelley Law enforcement officials sped through Elkins toward a home in Highland Park at about 4 p.m. Monday afternoon. Police scanner traffic said there was a report of a shooting in the area. Officers from the Elkins Police Department, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office and the West Virginia State Police were all present on the scene, as was the Randolph County EMS.
