The Inter-Mountain photo by Edgar Kelley First responders were called to a structure fire on Central Street in Elkins at approximately 12:45 p.m. Thursday. The Elkins Fire Department, Randolph County Emergency Squad, Elkins Police Department, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office and West Virginia State Police were all on the scene.
