The Inter-Mountain photos by Taylor McKinnie A 22-foot Christmas tree was constructed at the Rotary Amphitheater in Elkins Town Square on Wednesday with the help of Kathy Vance of Kathy’s Decorating & Design, shown at left in top photo, Smith Backhoe and Dozer Services, plus a group of dedicated volunteers.

The tree holds 825 ornaments and a four-foot 3-D ‘star burst’ tree topper.
