According to Police Chief Charlie Kush, the equipment was fabricated in St. Marys, and transported via the Ohio River to Weirton, where components were offloaded in the Half Moon Industrial Park and hauled through the city toward a destination in the Burgettstown area. Kush said a fourth transport was scheduled for Wednesday, beginning around 9 a.m., with two more expected sometime next week, all following the same route.
