Two local women indicted

BUCKHANNON — Two women have been federally indicted after investigation by the Mountain Region Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, officials said.

Amy Donella Fultz-Riggs and Jessica Mae Kiser were indicted after the Task Force presented information at the Randolph County Federal Building on Dec. 16, according to an Upshur County Sheriff’s Office press release on Monday.

Fultz-Riggs was indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and one count of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

Jessica Mae Kiser was federally indicted for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The Mountain Region Drug and Violent Crime Task Force is comprised of members of the Upshur County Sheriff’s Office, Buckhannon Police Department, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, Barbour County Sheriff’s Office, Elkins Police Department and the West Virginia State Police.
