36 people indicted by grand jury in Randolph County

ELKINS — A total of 36 individuals were indicted by a Randolph County grand jury Monday, for alleged crimes including sexual abuse, counterfeiting and threats of terroristic acts.

Dustin Wade Delauder, 40, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on five counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian, one count of attempt of incest, two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, one count of attempt of sexual assault in the third degree, three counts of child abuse resulting in bodily injury, and one count of strangulation, all felonies.

Halley Faith Conley, 19, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of attempt to disarm an officer, a felony; one count of obstructing an officer, and one count of assault upon a law enforcement officer, both misdemeanors.

Kyle Shawn Matthews, 27, of Brooklyn, New York, was indicted on 10 counts of counterfeiting, a felony.

Willliam Theodore Bishop, Jr., 48, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, a felony.

Andrew Lee McCloud, 31, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, a felony, and one count of fleeing from an officer by any means other than the use of a vehicle, misdemeanor.

Scott Arthur Albee, 62, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; and one count of knowingly keeping or maintaining a dwelling, building, or other structure or place for the purpose of using or selling controlled substances, a misdemeanor.

Michael Robert Boley, 43, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; and one count of threats of terrorist acts, a felony.

Devon Jacob Conley, 23, an inmate at Mount Olive Correctional Center, was indicted on one count of offense committed by inmate, a felony; and one count of unlawful assault upon a correctional employee, a felony.

Brandon Dwayne Daff, 31, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of grand larceny, a felony.

Kathryn Renee Finn, 43, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of grand larceny, a felony; and one count of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Joyce Ann Friel, 38, of Huttonsville, was indicted on three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony.

Kadeem Levar Gilmore, 36, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of transportation of controlled substances into state, and two counts of conspiracy, both felonies.

Jayson Admier Cousins, 30, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of transportation of controlled substances into state, and two counts of conspiracy, both felonies.

Alaysia Lashon Clark, 25, of Youngstown, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy, a felony.

Yasmeen Danielle Briggs, 21, of Girard, Ohio, was indicted on two counts of conspiracy, a felony.

David Eugene Green, 29, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of distribution and display to a minor of obscene matter, and 10 counts of possession of material depicting a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, both felonies.

Braheem Jamal Griffin, 32, an inmate at Mount Olive Correctional Center, was indicted on two counts of offense committed by inmate, a felony, and two counts of battery upon a correctional employee, a misdemeanor.

Roger A. Hamilton, 55, an inmate at Huttonsville Correctional Center, was indicted on one count of malicious assault, one count of conspiracy, and one count of offense committed by inmate, all felonies.

Allen Ray Lambert, 44, an inmate at Huttonsville Correctional Center, was indicted on one count of malicious assault, one count of conspiracy, and one count of offense committed by inmate, all felonies.

Michelle Lea Hawkins, 28, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and one count of false evidences or forgery of title or registration, both felonies.

Mike Ronald Helmick, 56, of Hambleton, was indicted on one count of embezzlement, a felony.

Jared Dean Kessler, 26, an inmate at Mount Olive Correctional Center, was indicted on one count of offense committed by inmate, a felony; and one count of battery upon a correctional employee, a misdemeanor.

Eli Anthony Lawrence, 23, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of fraudulent schemes, and six counts of obtaining services, goods, or property in return for worthless check, all felonies.

Matthew Manuel Lopez, 43, of Romney, was indicted on three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony.

Destiny Rose McDonald, 25, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of burglary, and one count of conspiracy, both felonies; and one count of battery, and one count of destruction of property, a misdemeanor.

Cierra Lynn Terry, 22, of Beverly, was indicted on one count of burglary, and one count of conspiracy, both felonies; and one count of destruction of property, a misdemeanor.

Brian Allen Merchant-Jones, 26, an inmate at Mount Olive Correctional Center, was indicted on one count of offense committed by inmate, and one count of strangulation, both felonies; and one count of battery upon a correctional employee, a misdemeanor.

Michael Thomas O’Neill, 23, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of attempted burglary, one count of malicious assault upon a governmental representative, and one count of attempt to disarm an officer, all felonies; and one count of battery upon a law enforcement officer, one count of obstructing an officer, and one count of breaking and entering of motor car, all of which are misdemeanors.

Josie Ann Ray, 41, of Harman, was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, one count of conspiracy, and one count of delivery of a controlled substance, all felonies.

Cassandra Jean Bennett, 36, of Seneca Rocks, was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and one count of Conspiracy, both felonies.

Keith Lance Ray, 26, an inmate at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, one count of destruction of property, and one count of burglary, all felonies.

Jason Mark Sadler, 35, an inmate at Huttonsville Correctional Center, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance by inmate, and one count of offense committed by inmate, all felonies.

Charles Robert Snyder, Jr., 57, of Weston, was indicted on two counts of failure to register as a sexual offender or provide notice of registration changes, a felony.

James Lee Stallman, 33, of Huttonsville, was indicted on one count of burglary, a felony; and one count of destruction of property, and one count of petit larceny, both misdemeanors.

Faustino Jason Stokes, 52, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of destruction of property, a felony.

Billy Junior Gear, 48, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of shoplifting, third offense, a felony.

On a separate and unrelated indictment, Gear was named for one count of shoplifting, third offense, a felony.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
