Submitted photo The Pickens School archery team recently competed in its largest tournament of the year at the Bridge Sports Complex in Bridgeport. At least 46 NASP (National Archery in School Program) teams competed at the event. Pickens’ Breanna Carpenter, left, and Brianna Greenway were standouts for the Pickens squad. Greenway placed first and Carpenter fifth in their respective divisions. Joshua Huffman, not pictured, received a pin for a perfect score in one of his rounds of competition.
