Nine indicted by Tucker grand jury
PARSONS — Nine people were indicted by a Tucker County grand jury recently, on charges including strangulation, child abuse and kidnapping.
Trenton DiBartolomeo was indicted on five counts of strangulation, and one count each of burglary, conspiracy, interference with emergency services, kidnapping and driving under the influence.
DiBartolomeo was also named in a superseding indictment, adding a charge of driving under the influence.
Justin Greer was indicted on one count of strangulation and two counts of child abuse resulting in bodily injury.
Gary Bonnell was indicted on one count of strangulation.
Jonathan Martin was indicted on four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and one count each of interfering with emergency communications, domestic battery and domestic assault.
Donald Davis was indicted on one count each of fleeing with reckless indifference and having no registration.
James Sisler was indicted on one count each of grand larceny and obtaining money by false pretenses.
Malica Bohanon was indicted on two counts of DUI resulting in bodily injury.
Leslie Jamerson was indicted on one count each of destruction of property and conspiracy.
Cody Foster was indicted on one count each of destruction of property and conspiracy.
All nine indicted individuals have been arraigned, but DiBartolomeo will be arraigned on his superseding charge of DUI on March 9.
