Police ask for residents’ help in search for missing woman

ELKINS – State Police are asking Elkins-area residents to check their security cameras and video doorbell cameras to aid in the search for a missing woman.
On Sunday, March 15, Gabrielle Allen was reported as missing from a residence on Rolling Lane in Elkins, according to a press release from the West Virginia State Police.
The release states that Allen “has diagnosed mental health issues and lives with family who help care for her. ” She was last seen walking south on Route 219 near Roy’s RV, according to the release.
“Residents in the Bevery 5-Lane area, including Kings Run Road, Sunny Lane, Country Club Road, or South Hazelwood Road, are asked to check any home security cameras or video doorbell cameras to assist in this investigation,” the release states.
