Dump Truck Rollover on the Five-Lane
The Inter-Mountain photo by Anthony Gaynor Emergency personnel responded to a one-vehicle crash along the Beverly Five-lane near Roy's RV Supercenter at about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. The crash involved a West Virginia Division of Highways dump truck. Emergency personnel on scene said the driver suffered a medical emergency and lost control of the vehicle, which struck a guard rail, went up a bank along the roadway and rolled over. The driver was transported from the scene by the Randolph County Emergency Squad. The West Virginia State Police, Randolph County Sheriff's Office, Elkins Police Department, Elkins Fire Department and the Beverly Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene.
