The Inter-Mountain photo by Taylor McKinnie Randolph County EMS, Elkins Fire Department, Elkins City Police, Randolph County Sheriff's Office and West Virginia State Police all responded to a two-vehicle accident Friday morning near the Veteran's Intersection in Elkins. The accident involved a state vehicle and another vehicle with airbags deployed in both. Entrapment was confirmed and at least one person was taken by ambulance. The incident led to heavy traffic at the intersection and the surrounding roads for around an hour.
