Submitted photos Aerial photos show flood devastation around Buckhannon on Wednesday. By 7:26 p.m. on Tuesday approximately three to five inches of rain fell in the Buckhannon area. Several local fire departments and the West Virginia National Guard responded to the area to assist with swift water rescues. The flooding shuttered several roads and forced evacuations in some neighborhoods.
