The couple became engaged on May 30 and are planning a spring 2027 wedding. Bailey is the daughter of Penny Smith, and Ryan is the son of John and Stacy Coffman, all of Elkins.

The couple would like to thank their family and friends for their love and support as they begin this exciting new chapter together.
