Let me leave you with a refreshing cake for summer. It is a favorite at my family cookouts.
Lemon Pound Cake
1 box lemon cake mix
1 regular box lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil.
Mix well and pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done.
Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar together to make a glaze to pour over the cake.
Enjoy!
