A portion of Davis Avenue in front of Elkins City Hall was temporarily closed to traffic on Wednesday, as a crew performed concrete work on the sidewalk where repairs needed to be made. Elkins City Hall has been closed to the public for two years, and city officials now hope it will reopen on Sept. 21.
