ELKINS – A flash flood warning is in effect in Randolph County until 6:30 p.m., Randolph County Nixle has announced.
In addition, the National Weather Service has put a Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until 9 p.m. for Randolph, Upshur, Barbour, Tucker and Pocahontas counties.
