Emergency personnel respond to a two-car collision on Harrison Avenue on Wednesday afternoon. The crash happened at the entrance of the Tygart Valley Mall. Harrison Avenue was down to one lane while the crews cleaned the scene. The Elkins Police Department, Randolph County Sheriff's Office, Elkins Fire Department and Randolph County Emergency Squad were all on scene.
