Two people were transported to Davis Medical Center by Randolph County EMS this morning after a wreck on Rt. 33 Shavers Mountain, according to the Randolph County Sheriff's Office. Deputies investigated the crash, finding that the vehicle hydroplaned during a heavy rain downpour, ending upside-down on the roadway.
