BUCKHANNON - A total of 26 individuals were named in indictments by an Upshur County grand jury Monday.
Gary Matthew Gundersen, 43, of Buckhannon, was indicted for soliciting a minor via computer; two counts of use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor; failure to provide notice of change to required sex offender registration information, lifetime registrant; and sexual assault in the third degree, all felonies.
Lee Auston Godbey, 29, of Summersville, was indicted on two counts of distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, a felony.
Thomas Griffin Cawley, 59, of Bristol, Virginia, was indicted on 11 counts of incest, a felony,
Theresa Ann Criss, 54, of Buckhannon, was indicted for malicious assault, a felony; and domestic battery, second offense, domestic assault, second offense, and obstructing an officer, all misdemeanors.
Curtis Lee Meahl, 35, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two counts of driving while in an impaired state, third or subsequent offense, a felony; two counts of child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, a felony; and operating a motor vehicle not equipped with an approved motor vehicle test and lock system, a misdemeanor.
Blaine Tabor Browning, 39, of Buckhannon, was indicted for strangulation, a felony; and domestic battery and unlawful restraint, both misdemeanors.
Jared Nolan Bryant, 23, of Buckhannon, was indicted for four counts of retaliation against a public official, a felony, four counts; and battery on a law enforcement officer, assault on a law enforcement officer, and obstructing a law enforcement officer, all misdemeanors.
Alexander Eugene Stephens, 49, of Buckhannon, was indicted for wanton endangerment involving a firearm, three counts of prohibited person in possession of a firearm, both felonies; and domestic assault, a misdemeanor.

James Allen Ware, 43, of Buckhannon, was indicted for possession of a combined controlled narcotic substance with the intent to deliver, a felony, and driving while in an impaired state, a misdemeanor.
Landon William Farrar, 18, of Buckhannon, was indicted for attempted burglary and intimidation of a witness, both felonies; and domestic assault, assault and violation of a protective order, all misdemeanors.

Reuben Benjamin Krum, 49, of Buckhannon, was indicted for domestic battery, third or subsequent offense, a felony.
Thomas Clayton Summers, 37, of Buckhannon, was indicted for burglary, a felony; and harassment, petit larceny, and 11 counts of harassing telephone calls, all misdemeanors.

Jennifer Lyn Moreland, 42, of Buckhannon, and Billy Jack McKinnon, 42, of Buckhannon, were indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled narcotic substance within 1,000 feet of a school, and two counts of conspiracy to violate Chapter 60A, Article 4, Section 401 of the West Virginia Code, all felonies.
Roger Glen Gooden, 45, of Tallmansville, was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony, and fraudulent scheme, a misdemeanor.
