BUCKHANNON — Resources for those in Upshur and Lewis counties who were impacted by Tuesday night's severe storm and flooding are being announced across the region. At about 11 a.m. Wednesday morning, the Upshur County 911 Center posted to social media that all 911 lines in the county are currently down.
