ELLAMORE – Randolph County officials announced this morning that the Middle Fork River in Ellamore is flooding. A message from the Randolph County Office of Emergency Management and 911 Monday morning stated, “The Middle Fork River in Ellamore has risen to Action stage at 12.77 ft; Flood stage is 13 ft.
