Tygarts Valley Conservation District hosting hay class
PHILIPPI - The Tygarts Valley Conservation District Office will host a hay techniques, testing, and discussion class on Tuesday at the organization's main office. The session, which will begin at 6 p.m., will be presented by Gene Hovatter from Higher Knowledge Farms in Moatsville and will cover clear and simple steps that can make hay work easier and more efficient.
