Calvin Keith Bennett

Calvin Keith Bennett, 95, a resident of Elkins, departed this life Friday, April 9, 2021, at his home under the care of Mountain Hospice.

Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, a graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., today, April 14, 2021, at the Mount Vernon Cemetery, 4-H Club Road, Beverly, West Virginia.

Rev. Brian L. Seders and Rev. Dr. Basil A. Hensley will officiate. Full military honors will be accorded at the grave site by members of the United States Navy, H.W. Daniels Post 29 American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3647. Interment will follow. Masks and social distancing is recommended for everyone attending the graveside service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to First United Methodist Church, 315 Kerens Ave., Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Calvin.
