Charles E. “Chuck” Stutler, 68, a resident of Elkins, passed away Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
Pastor Julie Davis will officiate.
