Solomon ‘Sol’ Carr
Mr. Solomon “Sol” Carr, 94, a resident of Elkins, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023, at his home under the care of West Virginia Caring Hospice.
A more comprehensive obituary and service arrangements will be announced next week pending the arrival of family.
