Frances Dee Clark, 87, a resident of Elkins, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023.
A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
Rev. Dr. Basil A. Hensley and Rev. Brian L. Seders will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 315 Kerens Ave., Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Mrs. Clark.
