Linda M. Humphrey Scott, 72, a former resident of Parsons, West Virginia, and more recently a resident of Elkins, West Virginia, departed this life Tuesday evening, May 23, 2023, at the Davis Medical Center at Elkins, West Virginia. She had been in declining health although death was unexpected.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and are under the direction of the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home for Linda M. Humphrey Scott.
