The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, June 2, 2023.
Final Rites will be conducted from the funeral home Friday at 1 p.m.
Dr. Phillip Richards will officiate and interment will follow at the Flanagan Hill Cemetery at Red Creek, West Virginia.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Rodney Ray Foster.
