Timothy Calvin “Tim” Rodgers, 53, of Franklin, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, West Virginia.
His body has been cremated and a Time of Remembrance Service will be held at a later date.
