Bernece V. Gooding, 92, of Southgate, Michigan, passed away on May 28, 2023. She was born on May 25, 1931.
Beloved wife of the late Arlie Gooding. Loving mother of Elizabeth (Preston) Storms, Arlene (the late Lessel) Gray, Beverly (Ken) Larsen and Barbara (Tom) Young. Dearest grandmother of Kimberly (Kurt), Kris (Darcy), Brandon (Michelle), Barry, Brian (Natalie), Kristen (Tommy) and Michelle (Mark). Great-grandmother of 13. Dear sister of Helen White. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Sunday, June 4, 2023, from noon – 2 p.m. at Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home, 567 Thomas Avenue, Davis.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., from the funeral home, with Pastor Bob Yothers officiating. Interment will follow in the Davis Cemetery.
