Steven F. Ruddle, 71, of Franklin, West Virginia died Thursday, June 22, 2023, at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Tuesday with Pastor Rob Borror officiating.
Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery at Franklin.
