Joshua Roy Dadisman

DADISMAN

Joshua Roy Dadisman, 46, of New Salem, Pennsylvania, died at his home on July 21, 2023.

Josh was born on Oct. 4, 1976, in Morgantown, West Virginia, to parents Barbara (Donaldson) Dadisman and Monzel Roy Dadisman of Philippi, who survive him.

Josh is also survived by his sister, Amy Lewis Arbogast of Buckhannon; and nephew, Malakai Arbogast of Elkins, West Virginia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, who he loved dearly, as well as his two precious adopted stray cats.

Josh was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Juanita Dadisman; and maternal grandparents, Frank Donaldson and Lona Henry.

Josh attended Barbour County schools and graduated from Philip Barbour High School. After graduation Josh joined the West Virginia National Guard and served in the second Gulf War in Iraq.

Josh was currently employed as a test engineer at Boeing Airline in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Josh loved to take things apart and put them back together from an early age which led to his excelling in the field of computer sciences.

Josh also loved and was very dedicated to his parents and family and came home often to visit and help with their farm.

Friends will be received at Wright Funeral Home and onsite Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Wednesday, July 26, from 5-8p.m. and on Thursday, July 27, from 12-1 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. with Evangelist Stan Jenkins and Speaker Danny Wagner officiating. Interment will follow in the Pitman Cemetery with Military Honors being accorded.
