The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday, July 8, 2023, Mrs. Rhodes will be moved to the French Creek Methodist Church at French Creek, where friends may call from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., the funeral hour.
Minister Mitch Griffin will officiate and interment will follow at the French Creek Memorial Gardens at French Creek, West Virginia.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Ruthlene Mallow Rhodes.
