The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
Final Rites will be conducted at the funeral home, Friday, Aug. 25, 2023, at 11 a.m. The Rev. Dr. Ken Shiflet will officiate and interment will follow at the Phillips Cemetery at Jimtown, West Virginia.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Timothy “Tim” Allen Elmore.
