Lester Lee Kisamore
KISAMORE
Lester Lee Kisamore, 79, a former resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland, and more recently a resident of Beverly, passed from this life Thursday, Aug. 24, 2023, at Cortland Acres Nursing Home in Thomas.
Lester was born Saturday, Oct. 30, 1943, in England, a son of the late Elwood Kisamore and Mary Sharp Kisamore.
Lester was Catholic by faith an attended Catholic school. He worked on an assembly line at General Motors for many years, and later retired. He had a love for motorcycles, cars, camping and building boats out of scrap wood.
Left to cherish Lester’s memory are his three children, Kimberly Smith with her husband, Jack Bohon, Robin Gravatt and Erica Kisamore with her husband, Curtis Raymond; two brothers, Paul Kisamore and Mike Kisamore; one grandson, Tony Gravatt; Ken Smith, who he considered an adopted son; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Lester in his death besides his parents were two brothers, Ronald Kisamore and Jesse Kisamore Sr.
Lester’s request for cremation will be honored.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Randolph Funeral Home on Saturday, Sept.16, 2023, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
