The family received friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Wednesday.
Final Rites will be conducted from the funeral home Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023, at 11 a.m. Pastor Lowell Moore will officiate and interment will follow at the Nestor Cemetery at Bull Run, St. George, West Virginia.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Randy Ray Cale.
