Mrs. Artie J. Shiflett, 82, a resident of Elkins, passed away Wednesday evening, Oct. 18, 2023, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday, Oct. 23, 2023, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A service of remembrance will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24, from the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow in the Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman.
