Mr. Bernard Eugene Heitz, 86, a resident of Nella's at Autumn Lake Healthcare, Elkins, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, in the facility.
He was born Dec. 31, 1936, at Clarksburg, West Virginia, a son of the late Wynn and Lotta Heitz.
Mr. Heitz was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and had been employed as a glass cutter.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, Oct. 23, 2023, at the American Legion's Little Arlington Cemetery near Cravensdale, with Rev. Brian L. Seders officiating. Interment will follow.
The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Bernard Eugene Heitz.
