Elizabeth Katherine Pennington, 92, a resident of Elkins, passed away Thursday, Oct. 5, 2023, in Mountain Memories Assisted Living & Retirement Center in Elkins under the care of West Virginia Caring Hospice.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be under the direction of the Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins for Elizabeth Katherine Pennington.
