Elmo Thomas Hesse, 79, of Maysville, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, at his home.
Elmo's family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023, from 11 a.m. to l p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.
Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m.
Interment will be in Lahmansville Cemetery.
