Gerald Wayne "Jerry" Van Slyke, 93, of Upper Tract, West Virgnia, went to be with his Lord on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023 at his home.
Jerry's family will receive friends Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, from 6-8 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.
Military Graveside service will be Friday 11 a.m. at the Lough Family Cemetery Upper Tract, West Virginia.
