Hilda Phillips Meeks, 86, of Durbin, West Virginia, passed away Friday, Nov. 3, 2023, at West Virginia Caring Center in Elkins, West Virginia.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 6, 2023, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale, with Pastor David Rittenhouse officiating.
The family receive friends one hour prior to the service.
