Jo Gray, 74, passed away peacefully in Springhill, Florida, on Nov. 6, 2023.
She was born in Elkins, West Virginia, on June 15, 1949, to Lyle and Jean Ware.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Dana Hogan; mother-in-law, Carol Hogan; two brothers, Randall Ware and Lynn Ware; and sister, Ronetta Reed.
Jo is preceded in death by both parents; father in-law, Ronald Hogan; and three sisters, Judy Ware, Karen Arbuthnot and Pennie Ware.
Jo was a devoted wife, daughter in-law, sister and friend. Her caring spirit and generous heart could be felt by anyone she encountered. She was fun loving, outgoing, and vivacious. She had many interests and talents. However, her passions were gardening and decorating.
When you think of Jo, celebrate the good memories you have of her. She will be missed more than any words could express, but she will be forever in our hearts.
A celebration of life will take place later.
